Don’t know about Crash Course yet? Here’s a little recap of Season 3! Thought Café is the graphics team for this awesome educational series. If you’re itching to watch some episodes, head on over to https://www.youtube.com/crashcourse.
In this Thought Bubble, Bill delivers a personal, moving message about his journey battling the fossil fuel industry, how it’s been given too many advantages and free passes in our system, and how we need to join what he calls the biggest fight of our time, possibly of all time.
In the last few years, a new extension to a current pipeline has been proposed to carry Tar Sands oil all the way to Texas, putting some of North America’s most fragile ecosystems and waterways in serious peril.
When we heard this impassioned speech that Naomi Klein delivered at the Washington, DC Tar Sands Action Rally back in September, we knew it should be our next Thought Bubble.
The Declaration of Interdependence was written by David Suzuki, Tara Cullis, Raffi Cavoukian, Wade Davis and Guujaaw back in 1992 for the United Nations’ Earth Summit.
It was published in 2010, accompanied with traditional Haida style art by Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas. As a spirited call to action and “pledge to Planet Earth”, we created this video to show just how relevant this text still is today. We’re thrilled to have David Suzuki and his wife Tara Cullis, two of the foremost leaders of the environmental movement featured in this very special Thought Bubble.
Visit their website to see all the great work they do http://www.davidsuzuki.org.
We teamed up with New York Times best-selling author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, to create this Thought Bubble on the power of kindness.
We created this Thought Bubble for Adbusters editor and activist, Micah White, to explain the concept of Junk Thought, and the story of Pierre Landry – a man killed by advertising.
Check out Adbusters.org where Micah White acts as Editor-At-Large, and is also the co-creator of the Occupy Wall Street meme. Find out more about Micah here.

In 2009, we came across a Vlogbrothers video in which John Green summarized the healthcare debate that was raging in the news and media. We decided to turn it into a Thought Bubble.
