I Am Me - McGill University

McGill University approached us to create a video based on a series of monologues and poems written and recorded by students affected with mental health issues.

We collaborated with the Toronto-based artist Jon Todd to paint a portrait of the student with visual elements to colour her monologue. We hope to do our part to spread mental health awareness and education.

TIMELAPSE

A timelapse journey through the stages of a real-life painting, is what sets the stage for the emotional narrative we're exposed to in this moving personal account of a struggle with Bi-Polar Disorder.

ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS

Jon Todd did an excellent job of conveying concepts that words simply can't carry, while typography and other animation elements were added overtop to enhance the experience.
